Secret Foil Red Skin Potatoes

These potatoes are a super filling side for cool evenings and are suitable for front or backcountry cooking.  Be careful to seal the foil packet so the steam doesn't escape.  The potatoes will stick to your ribs filling you up ensuring you are ready for the next full day of adventure.

Ingredients
4 Baby Red Skin potatoes quartered
1 Tsp Grubmasters Secret Spice Blend
2 Pats of butter/margarine or 1/2 Tbls of Bacon Grease

Instructions

  • On a square of aluminum foil
  • Add quartered a red skin potato
  • Add Grubmasters Secret Spice Blend
  • Add butter, margarine, or bacon grease
  • Wrap foil tightly 
  • Cook over coals for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are done
