HMWOutdoors Leadership Scholarship Program

At first, I wanted to build a really splashy web page with a social media push, but that would have taken to long and I just wanted to get this out so we can help someone. So I'm releasing it here in the Founders Corner.

Today we are announcing the HMWOutdoors Leadership Scholarship Program. This scholarship is an extension of our mission to enable 10 Million Youth by December 31st, 2027 to make meaningful connections to and in the natural world that facilitate internal growth and environmental awareness.

We are asking for your help, we want you to have access to more training, the more training your have and most importantly implement, the more youth we all can impact. Every youth deserves a trained leader. For our part, HMWOutdoors is accepting a limited number of youth and adult training scholarship applications to attend leadership and skills training.

Some of the training we support include:

Wood Badge
Girl Scout outdoor leader training
NYLT
NAYLT
Wilderness First Aid
Student Outdoor Education Conferences
etc..

Q: I didn't see my training up there, what do I do?

A: Fill out the form below with the requested information, and we will get back to you with a decision

Our scholarships cover up to 1/2 the cost of registration.

Q: Why don't you cover the full about.

A: We want you to have some skin in the game. We are investing in you because we know you will be GREAT, and you'll meet us 1/2 way.

We are really excited to offer another means of supporting youth make meaningful connections to the natural world.
